SIZE: Overall 10 1/2" x 8 1/4" page size. Torn-out 6-on voucher is 4 3/4" x 2 3/4" (including white edges). Copy image can be 4 1/2" x 2 1/2".

PAPER:  Standard 20 lb. bond or black image carbonless. Original white, duplicate canary, triplicate pink. No extra charge for any other standard paper color sequence. Shades of paper color determined by paper manufacturer. Sorry, RUSH cannot be held responsible for shades of paper color.

INK:  Black ink is standard. For other colors add $20.00 net wash-up charge. For two color jobs, see Net Charges. Red marginals are a second color. Red numbering is NOT a second color.

PERFORATIONS: Standard perforations are between stub and vouchers on the left vertically, and horizontally between vouchers. Perforation positions usually can be changed. The last copy of a set does not perforate unless specified.

CARBON PAPER:  Two loose carbon sheets provided in the back of each bond book. Tagboard sheet perfed in back of cover for carbonless books.

FORM OF RECEIPT: Camera-ready copy is standard. Full typesetting and camera services (for logos, screens, etc.) available for an additional net charge (See Net Charges).

NUMBERING: Standardly, consecutive numbers in red ink appear in the upper right hand corner of each voucher. Prefix or suffix letters A-Z also available. Allow 1/2" by 1 3/8" for the numbering area.

BINDING: Standard wire side stitching used if binding is unspecified. Also available are plastic spiral, wire spiral and wrap-around covers.

MARGINALS: Black marginals can be added to your voucher page. If marginals change on duplicate or triplicate copy, add $20.00 net extra plate charge for each copy different from original. Red marginals are a 2nd ink color.
